Rasaul M. Rayshad, Founder | Owner Exclusive Barber Products Inc., has a 30 year history being a licensed master barber and shop owner with a passion for the barber industry. The hair product business has been a part of his family for over 50 years.
He has traveled and lived in many different cities across the country cutting hair.
These cities consist of Indianapolis IN, Anderson IN, Tuskegee AL, Columbus GA, Birmingham AL, Atlanta GA, Las Vegas NV, San Diego CA, and Chicago IL.

It started with his uncle Raymond Randolph in the 60’s. He commanded every possible
position that could be held. His uncle would later become National Sales Rep for Summit
Lab, Vice President for Elasta, and Owner of Madame C. J. Walker, the hair product company
which is The Birth of Black Hair Care.
Rasaul was brought up in this environment. He also went into sales of hair products for
Madame C. J. walker and later got into barbering.

Rasaul’s father Jeffrey Randolph owned beauty supply stores. In the 70’s joined Raymond in
the business. He was National Sales Representative for Elasta and Madam C. J. Walker.
Rasaul would watch his uncle & father work hand in hand with beauticians when it came
to putting hair product lines together. This emphatic approach
provided an honest feel for what they were looking for in a product. This is the approach
given to this product line.

In 1991, Rasaul learned the ethics of barbering from the Ethridge Brothers, cutting in The Ethridge Brothers Barbershop. He had no idea how much manufacturers had no realistic approach to giving barbers the products that they needed. Rasaul’s background in barbering and growing up around the hair product industry gives him more than just an ordinary feel
for this product line, it gives him a sense of resolve.
